The update, identified by the One UI build versions S918U1UES4CXG8, S916U1UES4CXG8, and S911U1UES4CXG8, brings important security enhancements. It addresses over 45 issues, including critical vulnerabilities in Android fixed by Google, and 14 Samsung-specific vulnerabilities affecting system services, Knox, and Galaxy Watch. It also improves system stability and usability.
Samsung Galaxy F55 Receives August 2024 Update
In India, Samsung has rolled out the August 2024 security update for the Galaxy F55 smartphone. This update, with the build version E556BXXU2AXG7, includes security patches from Google and Samsung, addressing 1 critical and 34 high-level Android vulnerabilities, and 14 Samsung-specific vulnerabilities. Performance Testing of Galaxy A73, A53, and A54 on One UI 7
Recent Geekbench benchmarks reveal the performance of Samsung Galaxy A73, A53, and A54 running Android 15 and One UI 7. The Galaxy A73 scored 741 in single-core and 2229 in multi-core tests. The Galaxy A53 scored 826 in single-core and 1621 in multi-core tests. The Galaxy A54 performed best with 978 in single-core and 3044 in multi-core tests, showcasing enhanced processing power and efficiency.
Samsung plans to officially release One UI 7 on October 3, 2024, at the Samsung Developer Conference (SDC). The company is currently preparing to launch the One UI 7 Beta Program for flagship models.
