Apple who is known as the real rival of the Korean tech giant has attained a good position in the smartphone market with its iPhone 15 series. However, in a recent development, Apple also slaps Samsung in the best-selling smartphones list of October 2023 in the USA.
Counterpoint shared the best-selling smartphone models of October 2023 for 8 countries, in which Apple with iPhone 15 and 14 models ruled the US market with the highest share. While Samsung with its Galaxy A14 5G model retains the last position with a minimal share of 3%.
As per the counterpoint report, the iPhone 15 Pro Max was the best-selling smartphone with a 24% share. The iPhone 15 Pro attained a 16% share, the iPhone 15 standard model 13%, and the iPhone 14 acquired fourth position with a 4% share. While the US market share of Galaxy A14 5G was 3%.
However, the current focus of the Korean tech giant is on the upcoming Galaxy S24 series, which could mark a significant leap in the smartphone market with its inbuilt AI tech.
