Android Auto offers several features one among them is the ability to read aloud messages, but this functionality sometimes gets annoying especially when you get an alert of every single reply in the group conversation. However, Google has acknowledged this fact and is preparing to offer a solution for it.
According to the information, Google is working on an Assistant that will summarize your busy conversations and messages when you’re using Android Auto. This feature will improve the experience and allow users to focus more accurately on their driving while being connected to the conversations.
Android Auto will make use of Google Assistant to summarize your messages using AI. To be mentioned, these summaries will be generated by artificial intelligence based on the preferences that you will set on the settings of Android Auto.
When you set up the process Google also warns users that – “These summaries will be generated by artificial intelligence, so it’s possible there could be mistakes.” This is presumably referring to SMS texts and RCS chats from the Google Messages app.
However, Google will also offer the ability to turn off and on this feature in Android Auto Settings. Accordingly, the codes for this upcoming feature were spotted in the Android Auto app v14.52 version and could be available for all eligible devices in the future.
