After the initial rollout in Europe, Samsung is now spreading the One UI 6 offerings to US customers of the Galaxy Tab S8 series. This new software update brings several new features and changes to elevate the device’s functioning and uplifting the user experience.
Some of the key features of the latest One UI iteration include a new layout in a quick panel, enhanced home and lock screen, new camera features, improved Samsung Dex, and much more. The November 2023 security patch is also included to maintain security and stability.
However, the consumers of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, Galaxy Tab S8+, and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra Wi-Fi only variant will be able to determine the One UI 6 update through the build version X700XXU5CWK7, X800XXU5CWK7, and X900XXU5CWK7 respectively in the US.
The update is rolling out gradually, thus it may take some time to cover every unit in the country. In case you don’t want to wait for the OTA, then install the software manually through Settings > Software Update > Download & Install.
