As of May 15, 2024, these tools are now available on non-Pixel devices, including Galaxy smartphones and tablets.
Users have reported on Reddit that they can now access these advanced editing features on their non-Pixel devices even without a Google One subscription. This means that if you own a Galaxy device, you can utilize these AI tools in Google Photos without any additional cost.
Moreover, the coveted Magic Editor, initially exclusive to the Pixel 8 series, has also been rolled out to other Pixel and non-Pixel devices. However, free Google account users can save only ten photos with this feature unless they subscribe to Google One for additional saves.
