Frustrating folder fumble on Galaxy phones? relief is on the way

Do you want to change the folder background of your Samsung Galaxy S23, but it doesn’t allow you to have transparent backgrounds? you’re not alone! The latest addition to the series of updates, One UI 6.1, aims to add fun features, but it has released a gremlin regarding folder customization.

Good News? Samsung has its eye on it! This is what One UI 6.0 could offer the first HomeApp app. This allows the boundaries of folders to be virtually removed. However, One UI 6.1 was like a wrench that threw my experience to a halt because prioritizing HomeUp settings doesn’t work as well for folders as it does for tougher terrain.

Indeed, there shines a ray of hope; This is our lifesaver. A community moderator eventually replied that the fix would be shipped with the next Home Up patch deployment. Let us introduce you to the change we have been waiting for a long time, partial background removal for folders which will now suit your needs.

Again, all the Samsung fans; Don’t be upset, try not to be upset! The future is on a very definite path and it has come with the ability to personalize folders almost unnoticeably. Keep an eye out for the upcoming release of the Home Up update and prepare yourself to take ownership of those folder backgrounds. What was very confusing a while ago will now be a walk in the park!
