Samsung is rolling out a new update for the Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 5 Pro wearable devices in December 2023. This latest update didn’t bring any new features or major changes, but it ensures to maintain the stability of your smartwatch for a seamless experience.
In addition, the update may also fix some common issues and vulnerabilities found in the previous version of the Galaxy Watch 5. It means after upgrading the Galaxy Watch to the latest version users can enjoy a smoother and more appropriate functioning of their fitness tracker.
Moving on, the update released in December 2023 carries build versions R910XXU1BWL1 and R920XXU1BWL1 for Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 5 Pro respectively. To enjoy the latest enhancements, users are recommended to upgrade their wearable to the new version.
Consequently, to access the update, users will need to visit the Galaxy wearable app on a connected Android phone and then tap on the Watch Setting. Here click on Watch software update, then press the Download and Install and follow the instructions.
