Samsung is constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation, but only the point where the company crawls is the charging speed capability. Recent developments hint at exciting news for Samsung fans, as the future devices are expected to receive an upgrade in charging speed.
According to the information of Revegnus, Atum Samsung’s exclusive supplier of flat transformers for 45W chargers, has added 65W and 140W chargers to its portfolio. While there is no confirmation that these chargers are for Samsung devices, it is certainly a possibility.
This is true considering that Samsung has already been rumored to be working on a 65W charger. Additionally, Samsung makes laptops, so the 140W charger could be for those devices. Notably, the firm has not stated anything officially, thus we should take this info, as a pinch of salt.
However, faster charging doesn’t just benefit users; it also has environmental advantages. By reducing the time required to charge a device, energy consumption is optimized, leading to a more eco-friendly approach to smartphone usage.
