The world of smartphones is on the cusp of exciting changes, with the announcement that Samsung will continue to manufacture Google’s Tensor chipset for future Pixel phones.
As per the info, the much-anticipated Google Pixel 9 Series is rumored to feature the Tensor G4 SoC, developed by Samsung Foundry’s 4LPP+ process. The chip has the codename Zuma Pro and it’s expected to be the rededefined version of the G3.
In addition, Ripcurrent appears to be the code name for the Tensor G3 development board, and like AP, Ripcurrent Pro is presumed to be the Tensor G4 development board.
