Earlier, this feature only allows users to just 4GB of virtual RAM, but now users can increase the RAM up to 8GB using internal storage.

The advanced RAM Plus feature introduces by One UI 4.1 is now available for several Galaxy devices. Further, Samsung One UI 4.1 Advance RAM Plus feature allows users to use 2GB, 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB internal storage (ROM) to use as their RAM. It was the basic need we wanted, and Samsung delivered.
How to extend RAM Plus:
Tab to phone Settings.
Scroll down and tap on Battery and Device Care.
From their tap on Memory.
At last, you’ll find an option – RAM Plus.
Select how much internal storage to use as virtual memory to improve app performance.
