The latest update is currently available for International variants of the Galaxy S21 smartphones and the company will soon expand this update to more countries. It is an initial rollout so it may take some hours/days to reach all eligible devices.
March 2023 security update for Samsung Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 Plus, and Galaxy S21 Ultra smartphones come with PDA versions G991BXXS6EWBB, G996BXXS6EWBB, and G998BXXS6EWBB respectively.

As per the information, an issue was affecting Samsung Exynos models, allowing incorrect handling of the unencrypted message as was reported in November last year.
