Xfinity Mobile is releasing the One UI 5.1 update for Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra smartphone users in the United States. It brings a variety of new features as well as improvements for multiple One UI apps.
In the meantime, the company is also installing the February 2023 Android security patch. You can identify Xfinity Mobile’s Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra with the firmware version N981USQU3HWB3 and N986USQU3HWB3 respectively.

What’s new:
The One UI 5.1 update brings a common family album for easier sharing, more powerful searches for a specific person, a convenient information display in horizontal mode, improved handling, and others to the Gallery app.
The new software further adds quick access to the Expert RAW app on the default Samsung Camera for the Note 20 Ultra. Additionally, it makes it easy to change the color tone of selfies through the effects button on the side of the screen.
Other major changes can be detected in the Widgets section. It comes with a new Battery widget that shows the battery status of your phone and other connected devices at a glance. Moreover, the Weather widget and the Smart suggestion widget are also getting meaningful improvements.
Other than these, the company has brought Bixby Text Calls in the English language, integration of continuing browsing on another device feature on Samsung Internet, improvements to Samsung DeX, easier multitasking, color palette changes, and much more.
One UI 5.1 is last major update for Galaxy Note 20:
Launched back in 2023, Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra smartphones arrived with Android 10-based One UI 3 software and support for three major Android OS upgrades.
As part of its software update policy, it grabbed the Android 11, Android 12, and Android 13 updates in recent years. Currently, it’s driving the Android 13 OS, which is the third and the last major update for the device.
