According to the latest information, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra features an immense ISOCELL HP2 200MP camera which is 1/1.3 inch in size and not as big as the 1-inch sensor. Which is been initially used in Xiaomi 12S Ultra, then Vivo X90 Pro, and in Xiaomi 13 Pro.
