Samsung Galaxy S23 leak shows RAM, storage configuration

Samsung is all set to unveil its latest and greatest product of the year the Galaxy S23 series on 1st February 2023 at Galaxy Unpacked 2023. Still, the leaks and rumors are not taking a break and now new information shows the RAM and storage configuration of the Galaxy S23 devices.

We have already witnessed various leaks and rumors about the flagship lineup now once again let’s get our eyes on the RAM and storage variants of Samsung Galaxy S23 smartphones. But before that let me tell you the company may offer Galaxy Buds 2 Pro for free to pre-order Galaxy S23 between February 2nd to 8th.

According to the information of AhmedQwaider, the Ultra model of  Samsung Galaxy S23 will come with 8GB Ram + 256G storage, 12GB RAM + 256GB storage 12GB RAM + 512GB storage. Also, a 1TB storage variant will be paired with 12GB RAM.

Moving towards the standard and plus models, so the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ will come in two variants one is 8GB RAM + 256GB storage and the second is 8GB RAM + 512GB storage. There is also a 128GB variant which will be available in a few countries

Further, the leak also suggests that the devices will feature DDR5X memory which is one and a half times better than DDR5. However the unpacked event is not so far, and we could see some changes in its variants at the time of unveiling.
