Samsung is all set to unveil its next high-end lineup the Galaxy S22 series in the month of February next year, which will include three models Galaxy S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra, also the device is tipped to come with One UI 5.1 based on Android 13.

For the past several days, we have received several information about the device including its design, and specs. And now the Galaxy S23 Ultra has been spotted on China’s TENNA certification, which reveals every significant detail far before its launch.
Going with the TENNA certification, the Galaxy S23 Ultra will carry the model number SM-G9180 and it will feature a 6.8-inch display with QHD+ 3088×1440 pixels resolution, 16.7 million color depth and it weights around 233g.
Talking about the most interesting element of the device, so the Galaxy S23 Ultra has four rear cameras including a 200MP primary, a 12MP ultrawide, a 10MP 3x telephoto, and a 10MP telephoto with 10x optical zoom. On the front, the device will have 12MP snapper.
Further, the listing reveals that the device will come powered on an octa-core processor that has three CPU clusters, with one cluster running at 3.36GHz, and the other two running at 2.8GHz and 2GHz, and Qualcomm’s faster Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset is already booked for the device.
Moving on the Ultra model of the series will be available with 8GB and 12GB RAM while the storage options include 256GB, 512GB and 1TB. The listing also indicates a 4855mAh battery with support of 25W charging, whereas it could be the 5000mAh battery with 45W charging.
Additionally, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has Bluetooth, USB, a gyrosensor, a proximity sensor, light sensor, an under-display fingerprint reader, and face recognition features.
