Google has revised its minimum hardware requirements with Android 13 and each device must meet the new requirements to enjoy Google Mobile Services (GMS). Android enterprise expert Jason Beyton shared the information (via Mishaal Rahman) on his Twitter handle and revealed that devices with less than 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage cannot preload GMS.
From #Android13, new devices with less than 2GB RAM cannot preload GMS. Any new Go devices must have at least 16GB storage.
Devices not meeting these requirements today on 12 must not upgrade to 13.

Apart from this, the expert also said that it is mandatory to meet the requirement otherwise the devices cannot upgrade to Android 13. From now on, the next Android devices that will come preinstalled with Android 13 will definitely have at least 2GB of RAM and 16GB of RAM. Flash storage.
