Earlier in August, Samsung unveiled two of its premium foldable smartphones – Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4. Both smartphones come with premium features, design, and functionality. Now, a teardown video of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 has surfaced online.
This teardown video shows whether repairing this new generation foldable smartphone will be easy or difficult. YouTuber PBKreview has shared a disassembling video of the Galaxy Z Flip 4.

The exterior of the smartphone was easily removed with the help of the Pry tool. After that, inside the Galaxy Z Flip 4, the internal components are packed closely together. After a few flex cables and dew screws, the motherboard can be removed
The most important part is to remove the battery as it is divided into two sections. The bulk of the battery is covered by many other components, so we need to remove them before we can remove the battery.
The teardown video also reveals that the company has made some minor changes in the placement of things compared to the Galaxy Z Flip 3 such as the connector switching sides and the battery is now attached to the motherboard under the camera.
Surprisingly, the mmWave 5G antenna has been used in the Galaxy Z Flip 4. This smartphone used a dual-sided motherboard including Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, RAM, and storage. You can watch the full teardown video below.
